MEGAN LOPEZ

My name is Megan Lopez and I am a recent BA (Hons) Live Events and Television Graduate, looking to secure a position either within an Art Department role or as a Post Production Editor. With Production Design experience along with expert level skills in Final Cut Pro and Adobe Design Applications, such as Photoshop and InDesign, I am seeking to practise and further my abilities within a professional institution. My long term career goal is to become an established Production Designer for Film and Television sets.

I'm a motivated and amitious indivial who is always open to try something new and take on challenges. I'm highly organised (with a slight case of OCD) and I have a strong work ethic.

I am also a vegan, who loves to raise awareness about animal rights. Other hobbies include watching films and television programmes which are set in a more historic time. The set design from these era's facinate me, and it's something that I enjoy researching.

I have several professional experiences from being a Vision Mixer at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, to being an Intern at an events design compnay. I have enjoyed all of my professional exeriences, along with every thing I have learnt at University. I now feel that I am ready to start my career within the televsion/film/live events industry. I have a lot of passion and ambition and I can't wait to show my skills and learn new ones along the way.
